GSAs in Elementary Schools SW WA

In light of the tragic death of Nex Benedict. LGBT+ representation, protection and ally ship is more important than ever. Queer people across the nation are under attack. Our students in SW Washington deserve to be seen and represented in their schools. For many students school is a safe haven, for Nex, it was a death sentence. With direct action we can do our part as community members to help our kids GROW OLD. Schools in SW WA need pride flags, GSA’s and staff members who are educated and held accountable for their part in supporting our LGBT+ identifying students.

Why is this important?

For the kids.
